My training philosophy is based on personal experience with pain. Living with Ankylosing Spondylitis can be a challenge at times, but following my personal philosophy "Feel Better. Live Better." I always find a way to make a movement or an exercise pain free. I take this experience and use it with my clients. If they have a goal, together we will find a way to help them achieve it. This all begins with how we move and helping clients learn to move better during daily activities will help them feel better overall.
