Partner or Semi-Private Personal Training

At Prime Personal Training you also have the opportunity to train with a partner or 2 other people who share some of the same goals as you! Each program will still be designed to meet your individual needs.

We can match you up with 1-2 other people or you may start your own semi-private session with 1 or 2 of your friends!

Our team is composed of NSCA certified Strength + Conditioning coaches who are able to design a professional program to get you ready for your sport of event!

Whether you are training for a marathon, a triathlon, trying to improve your golf game or preparing for the next tennis match, we can get you ready!

Youth Athletic Performance

Prime has trained hundreds of youth athletes and appreciates the unique needs when it comes to balancing academics, multiple sport commitments, nutrition and sleep. All of these things are considered when designing a unique program for your needs.

Prime Personal Training is one of the very few studios in Vancouver with Youth Certified Strength + Conditioning Specialists. Young athletes should not be training like elite athletes just yet. Our team at Prime understands those guidelines and is able to design a program specific to the sport you are training for.
